How do I send in my products for repair?
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required to accompany all instruments sent in to the service department. The RMA number allows you to obtain and track the progress of your request. To obtain an RMA number and information on how to send in your product, click here to go to the Service & Calibration section of our website and enter your model number to start the process.

How do I get Schematics, Specifications or Instruction Manuals for B&K Precision products?
You can contact B&K Precision's parts and documentation department using our web form. They can give you price and availability for schematics or instruction manuals. For specification or product information please enter the model number of your product in the search box at the top of the page and then click the documentation tab.
What is the turn around time for a repair?
The turn around time is usually ten (10) working days (not including shipping time). The only situation in which it would take longer than ten working days is either parts pending, or payment not received.
