概述
9170B/9180B 系列可程式直流電源具有極低的漣波和雜訊、低溫度係數、出色的穩壓性能和快速的瞬態響應時間，可提供純淨、穩定且精確的輸出電源。
電源供應器提供符合 SCPI IEEE488.2 標準的 USB（標配）、RS232、RS485、GPIB 和 LAN 接口，並配備前面板和後面板輸出以及遠端檢測端子，方便測試系統的開發和整合。 LAN 介面內建 Web 伺服器，使用者可透過此伺服器設定、控制或監控電源的基本設定。
除了方便資料輸入的全尺寸數位鍵盤外，此系列電源還提供其他同類電源通常不具備的獨特功能，例如 LED 測試模式、模組化介面卡插槽、自動量程選擇以及可選的 8 位元雙向數位 I/O 介面。
