To ease the receipt, we ask you to fill the RMA. You will receive an e-mail with the summary of the RMA. Please print and insert a copy in the parcel with the product returned (one RMA per product).

All calibration are supplied with manufacturer certificate. Calibration can be supplied with or without data.
