To return equipment to the Sefram after-sales service, please find below the link to the return procedure:
RETURN PROCEDURETo facilitate the identification of your equipment and improve your after-sales experience, please complete the online Return Form (RMA). Once the form is filled out, you must wait for our return authorization before sending any device back.
